Recently we dined at Hasta La Pasta in Cinco Ranch, and have to say, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. This cozy yet vibrant spot offers a delightful Italian flavors catering something for everyone. What really set this visit apart, though, was the service. Our server, Brianna, went above and beyond to make our meal memorable. She was attentive without being intrusive, always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. She took the time to make thoughtful recommendations and genuinely seemed to care about enhancing our dining experience. Brianna’s warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome, and it was clear she’s passionate about her work. The food was equally impressive. The ambiance is casual yet inviting. It was a busy evening due to Thursdays 12 pizzas deal, but the restaurant’s layout still felt spacious and comfortable. Overall, Hasta La Pasta’s Cinco Ranch location is a gem in the area, combining great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. A special shoutout to Brianna for making our evening even better. We’ll definitely be back soon!

One of my favorite Italian restaurants that I have tried. I love how simple yet tasty everything is. Service was very attentive. I would recommend dining in.

With a great name and some even greater food, Hasta la Pasta will not disappoint you. This restaurant exhibits quality service, and we were treated with respect and decency. I really enjoyed the food; I ordered the Pasta and Meatballs, which is just spaghetti and meatballs. You can choose between a full and half order, and I got the full order, which consists of three huge meatballs with some tasty pasta noodles and sauce. It was very filling, a wonderful portion, and because of that I had to ask for the unusual take-home box. My father ordered a meatball pizza, as all pizzas are 12 on Thursdays. It was pretty delicious and very cheesy. My mother had the chicken Marsala, which she enjoyed, and my brother ate the kids chicken penne pasta. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and our server was helpful and made sure that we got whatever we needed. Oh, and the Cookies and Cream gelato at the end was sweet and creamy. Overall, this place is a solid spot for dinner, and you should go if you’re in the area.

Hasta La Pasta has always been one of my favorite Italian restaurants. It was here 20 years ago when we had our first Italian restaurant celebrating moving to Katy. Glad they are still around.

I ate here for the first time today. I cannot say enough about this place. I will definitely return. The staff is amazing. The salad was crisp and cold. The pasta and rolls were delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough. Ivonna ny server was outstanding!

I come here specifically for the chicken marsala. They have the best tasting marsala sauce in town, and I think I’ve tried just about all of them. Their “verona” sauce is also top notch. It’s hard to go wrong here. My son also loves that they have a gluten free bread bowl that they’ll bring you if you ask. He has celiac, and while it’s not the best bread on earth, it is a rare find and a treat for him.

My baby wanted some Alfredo so we came and got some . We both got shrimp Alfredo and is is really good. Great amount of sauce . But this is what I won’t do again: the bread and oil is wonderful . I believe it has garlic and pesto. Love it... but then I got the stuff mushrooms... great taste.... But everything runs together as far as taste. I guess because it’s cheese in everything I ordered and the tastes are similar. I should’ve gotten an appetizer with tomato or tried the calamari. I like the restaurant over all. Staff is nice and attentive.
